Treasurer: Martin Cordell
Provided an overview of monthly inflow/outflows. Outflows are the donations approved during the August meeting. Inflows are from Drew and John testing the website payment process.
Minutes Approval
Chloie Airoldi-Waters made a motion to approve August minutes. Donna Spencer seconded, and the motion passed.
Officer Clemens
Erin Lund brought up a visible improvement at the gas station near Broadway/Grainger since alerting Officer Clemens.

Historic Preservation
Sean Bolin
The Historic Zoning Commission approved the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) behind 221 E Oklahoma. The ADU cannot be seen from the street. In new happenings, a rumor of possible redevelopment near Broadway and Grainger was brought up. The primary concern is around traffic flow through the Grainger area
Beautification
We're still looking for someone to take over beautification!
The creek clean up will take place on Saturday, November 22.
The initial clean-up of Beth Ann Booker Park was completed for $300. Landscapers have offered to continue maintenance at no cost. Additionally, Xavier Bridges from the Boys and Girls Club has volunteers able to assist with neighborhood clean-up efforts.
Margareth also mentioned that many organizations track volunteer hours on GivePulse, so our events must be on that platform.

Home Tour
Martin Cordell
A total of six houses have signed up for the tour, and we are hoping to add two more. We are also beginning to receive advertisements. Please ensure that all ad information is submitted by the end of October. Additionally, the German Christmas Market will coincide with the Home Tour, opening on Saturday night and continuing through Sunday.
Social
Kelly Arsenault
The Porch Crawl starts on Saturday, September 27 at 4:30 on Irwin Street. The first house is also hosting a children's art show and the kids are excited to have others come and see their artwork.
New Business
Beth Ann Booker Park Gazebo
The neighbor across the street has observed the gazebo lights are off, and there are times when people sleep there. In response, Garrett will attempt to replace the bulbs. Additionally, it has been noted that the outlet receptacles no longer locks.
