Explore a variety of homes, from meticulously preserved gems to those blending historic charm with modern updates. Discover original details alongside contemporary designs, each offering a unique perspective on Old North Knoxville's heritage. Stroll our walkable streets, enjoying the beautiful decorations and the warmth of our community this holiday season.
Join us for the Candlelight Tour on Saturday evening or the Afternoon Tour on Sunday.
Tickets
Advance tickets are available for $20, or you can purchase them at the event for $25 (adults) and $20 (seniors) at either parking location. Your ticket grants you access to the tour homes and helps support the Old North Knoxville neighborhood.
Tour Hours
Enjoy the Candlelight Tour on Saturday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, or the Afternoon Tour on Sunday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Choose the time that best fits your holiday schedule!
Walkability and Accessibility
The tour is designed to be walkable, allowing you to enjoy the charm of Old North Knoxville at your own pace. Please note that some homes may have stairs, and accessibility may vary.
Parking and Transportation
Parking locations this year are Rose Funeral & Cremation (1421 N. Broadway) and First Lutheran Church and School (1207 N. Broadway). A free shuttle bus service will connect both parking lots to the tour route.
Holiday Ornaments
Commemorate your tour experience with a limited edition ornament, available for purchase at the event for $15. These collectible ornaments make wonderful holiday gifts.
Homes and Styles
Explore beautiful homes in various architectural styles, including Queen Anne, Craftsman/Bungalow, Neoclassical Revival, and American Four Square. Each home is lovingly decorated for the holidays, offering inspiration and festive cheer.
2025 Home TOur Highlights
Hattar House
This circa 1904 Queen Anne house has a colorful past, including a dramatic 1957 court decree involving a former owner. After years of neglect, the home was purchased in 2023 by the Hattars and is now undergoing extensive, passionate restoration to ensure its century-old character endures.
